Refund policy

I'll take returns and issue refunds as reasonably as possible.

For Ceramics: Let me know within 30 days if something is broken on arrival. Let me know within 90 days if you're unsatisfied with an item you received or it breaks during normal use. I'll provide a shipping label, ask you to re-pack it and ship it back to me, and then issue a full refund.

For Coaching: The terms for refunds are specified in the Coaching Agreement. Please refer back to your signed agreement for terms.
